At FitLab Nepal, we prioritize customer satisfaction. However, we have a strict policy regarding refunds and exchanges to ensure quality and hygiene standards.

Refund Policy

  • Only damaged products are eligible for a refund.
  • You must notify us if the product is damaged within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory. The video should clearly show the issue/damage during unboxing.
  • Once verified, the refund will be processed. Refunds are not applicable for reasons like dislike of color, size, or change of mind.

Exchange Policy

  • Products can be exchanged within 2 days of delivery. You must inform us within this time frame.
  • Items for exchange must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags intact.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Innerwear and accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Products bought during clearance or final sales are not eligible for return or exchange.

Important Notes

  • Reverse pick-up service may be available depending on your location. If not, customers are required to send the item back via a reliable courier service.
  • Products returned without prior approval or without following our guidelines will not be accepted.
